Structure

The construction of all the buildings will be as per RCC frame work as per the structural design.

Flooring

Flooring of vitrified tiles will be provided in each house.

Kitchen

Every house will be provided with a granite platform and stainless steel sink as well as glazed tiles dado up to the lintel level.

Windows and Doors

The building will have stone frames and flush doors and the main door will be decorative. The aluminum windows of each building will be fully glassed.

Bathroom

Plumbing and Sanitary

Plumbing work and sanitary ware will be done with good quality standard company fittings.

  • All members shall essentially be part of the society formed by the association members and abide by the society bylaws.
  • After virtual completion of the work, all repairs and maintenance such as drainage, watchman salary, electricity bills, etc. shall be borne by society members.
  • Members of the society are not allowed to change the elevation of the duplex under any circumstances.
